Following my recent breast augmentation in June I write to thank you and Mr Iregbulem for the
most amazing and life changing journey. From the very first telephone contact with Profile I was
treated with professionalism and a genuine warmth and understanding; upon meeting you and Mr
Iregbulem I had no doubts at all that I was doing the right thing and had chosen the best people to

I was always the girl that was bullied for having a flat chest and I dreamt of having breast implants. Growing older I became more confident about my body but breast augmentation was still at the back of my mind, so when I was able to afford it I decided to make my dream a reality. I did my clinic research in Internet forums so I could hear from real women. I’m a bit of a cynic so I didn’t want to go on the testimony of models in adverts or get drawn in by the offer of a free consultation, to me that indicated that they needed more ‘customers’. I wasn’t just another customer, I wanted to be treated and looked after like an individual and I’m so glad I chose Profile because that’s exactly how they made me feel. I can’t praise Cheryl and my surgeon Mr Iregbulem enough. From the very first meeting it was like Cheryl was an old friend and made me feel so at ease as we giggled our way through my medical history. He was patient and attentive, asking me questions, giving advise and always very professional and honest. I was even able to try different implant sizes there and then (it’s true Cheryl, he has cold hands!) There was no hard sell, I was given time to think about my decision and it was me who contacted them to arrange the surgery.
On the day of the surgery I was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and afterward although my chest felt heavier there was no discomfort. The staff at the hospital were wonderful and my boyfriend and I were kept fed and watered. Mr Iregbulem even came to see how I was doing that evening. After going home the aftercare didn’t end, Cheryl would call, even out of hours in her own time, to see how I was doing and make sure I wasn’t over exerting myself. Straight after the surgery I was overjoyed at how my new breast looked and now after 7 weeks they are better than I ever imagined they would be. They look so natural and the size is perfect, I can’t begin to tell you how happy they’ve made me and I can’t wait to go lingerie shopping!
From the lovely nurse that helped me with my first fitting, to the hospital nurse who brought me water with a smile at 4am, everyone was amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make sure my experience was an enjoyable one. I would strongly recommend Profile to anyone considering surgery; in fact I have already passed along details to a family member! Special thanks must go to Cheryl and especially Mr Iregbulem for changing my life; I’m so much happier and more confident. My Surgery was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, I have no regrets and if I had to do it all again I wouldn’t hesitate.

Just a quick email to let you know about my experience with Profile! Initially a friend referred me to Profile, having had a great experience herself. I had already been to a few consultations at other places where I felt like a piece of meat or the "next sell". My experience with the consultation process was completely different at Profile. From the initial phone call to first meeting Dr Iregbulem, not once did I feel pressured, all my questions were answered honestly. I felt completely relaxed during the process and for these reasons I decided on Profile for my Breast Augmentation.
I paid my deposit the next day and scheduled the operation for the 3rd of May. From then on Cheryl was the main point of contact, any questions I needed answered, through to advice before the surgery.
On the day of the surgery I arrived at the hospital at 7am and got ready for my operation scheduled in at 8am. I actually felt so relaxed about the entire thing that I managed to have a nap! Dr Iregbulem woke me up as it was time to get me ready for the operation. I actually only started to feel nervous when I was just about to go under anaesthetic, but everyone was so reassuring.
I woke up after what felt like a nice nap, absolutely high as a kite! I wasn‘t in pain, the only discomfort I really had was needing to use the loo a lot due to having a drip and also feeling extremely thirsty! I got picked up the next day and pretty much had to take it easy (which was difficult for me!) After almost a week I went to have my bandages taken off which actually was the most painful part of the process!
I was delighted with the results! My boobs look so fantastic now and it made wearing a bikini this summer a lot easier!
The staff at Profile are so genuine and fantastic at what they do. As a fairly difficult patient I can honestly say that I was reassured a lot and there are very few people who are willing to answer so many questions.

Chris, my partner, was the first person who told me about Profile cosmetic surgery after he had researched in from the website. His initial words to me were “if you want to have your breasts done, then you better choose the best, here are the details of the Profile Cosmetic surgery”. I just wanted to write a quick note to say ‘Thank You’ so much to you all at Profile Cosmetic Surgery.
From my initial phone call to you I felt happy that if I decided to go ahead with any surgery I would be in safe hands.
On the day of my consultation with Mr Iregbulem, I was a little nervous as I didn’t know what to expect and if there would be any pressure as I have heard so many stories about other companies. I had absolutely no reason to worry. Before I went into the consultation room you made me feel at ease. And Mr Iregbulem is the nicest man ever! He was informal and funny but very professional and obviously has so much experience. He was honest with the pros and con’s of surgery and said the decision was entirely down to me. At no point throughout my appointment did I feel pressured or that I would be the next ‘sale’. I made my decision there and then that Profile and Mr Iregbulem were right for me. I booked my breast enlargement surgery for 3 weeks later.
On the day of my surgery, the staff at the Highgate hospital were very friendly and helpful. Again I felt relaxed and did not have any concerns. Mr Iregbulem once again went through everything we had discussed at my initial consultation to ensure I understood everything.
It all went fine and here I am 8 weeks later very, very happy with the result. I definitely have no regrets and am so pleased I made the decision to go ahead with the breast enlargement surgery. Having a breast enlargement is something I had been considering for a few years. I had read many articles on the pro’s and cons of breast augmentation. In February 2006 I decided that I wanted to go ahead with the procedure. I knew a few people who had had breast enlargement through close friends but no-one who I could ask personally.
I had a few consultations with cosmetic surgeries before I read about Profile. I found out about the procedure but never felt comfortable with the other companies.
The second I rang Profile I was greeted with a warm and friendly voice, I booked my consultation with Profile and found the service to be exceptional. My first consultation was in my own home and I found the more convenient and not nerve racking.
Cheryl Butterworth the surgery co-ordinator is a friendly person who puts you at ease immediately. I was told about the procedure, the costs and about the aftercare. The aftercare was one of the points I considered to be a big advantage.
After seeing Cheryl I booked an appointment at the Cambridge Private Hospital to meet the surgeon and look at different sizes of implants.
I was collected from home on the morning of my appointment and taken to the hospital. Mr Iregbulem was a friendly and thorough doctor who explained the procedure in detail and made me feel at ease at once. I chose implants that suited my size and height and was supported by Mr Iregbulem and Cheryl throughout.
My Surgery was then booked at the Highgate Hospital in London for 3^rd June 2006. I am quite a confident person and decided to go alone for surgery knowing that Cheryl would transport me and make sure my needs were cared for.
The staff at the hospital were all lovely and helped me throughout the procedure. Every one introduced themselves to me and explained everything I needed to know. The only time I really got nervous was when I was about to go into theatre, but that might have been because I had to wear sexy surgical socks and who might see them.
Once I arrived at theatre I was put at ease and then the next thing I remember I was back in my room after the procedure and was nice and comfortable, I was very drowsy and was constantly checked on by the nurses. By the evening I was allowed to have something to eat.
The next morning I was taken home and advised to rest and take things easy for the next few weeks. I was told what I could do and couldn’t. I did get some pain afterwards but was aware that I had had an operation and it was expected. The hardest thing was not being able to do things for myself as I am very independent. Within a few weeks I could drive again and get back to normal. My breasts were starting to relax and the swelling was going down. I had to wear a sports bra for six weeks but was eager to go out and shop for new underwear.
After my six week check up, I was overjoyed with the result of my surgery, so much so that I asked Mr Iregbulem if I could kiss him as I was so pleased.
I could now ditch my sports bra except for going to the gym and had great pleasure in purchasing new underwear. I had gone from a 36B to a 36D. I am a confident person already but feel even more so and far sexier with my new size. All my friends are envious and say my breasts do not look fake. My clothes have got far more revealing for the better.
I would have no hesitation when recommending Profile Cosmetic Surgery as the service has been exceptional. My boyfriend was concerned about me having an operation but he was happy with my aftercare and the result.

From the first initial contact I found that Cheryl's efforts on behalf of Profile to be attentive, informative and genuine. I received constant updates and understandable information, which persuaded me to select Profiles offer.
Through contact with Cheryl I had any, and all queries were answered efficiently and in depth. My initial consultation was friendly, informal and made me feel at ease. Cheryl's knowledge of the procedure, which I had decided upon, was more than enough to cover all my concerns.

The level of after care was excellent having the opportunity to speak to Cheryl at any time, to advise me on my concerns, however trivial.
I would personally like to thank the nursing staff at the hospital who organised the return of valuable items of jewellery, which I had removed before the surgery and forgotten to collect on my return home.

As requested I am putting into writing my thoughts about my experiences with you prior to, during and after my surgery.
My initial inquiry was received with great sensitivity and understanding, my first questions relating to the cost of the procedure was answered in great detail making sure I was fully aware of what was included in the price.
All further questions were answered with a great detail of information being given to me. My enquiry was dealt with in a very swift manner and I was only waiting a matter of days before all of the requested information came to me through the post.
My first consultation with the patient co-ordinator really put me at ease. Not only about the procedure itself but my impending consultation with the surgeon Mr Iregbulem. It was great to be able to talk to someone who not only knew the surgeon very well but who also has first hand experience about the procedure I was hoping to undergo.
The hospital was extremely inviting with its great décor and was furnished and cleaned to an exceptional standard, which really put my mind at rest and helped to assure me that not only had I chosen a great company to deal with but also a lovely clinic to be treated at.
My consultation with Mr. Iregbulem was exactly what I had hoped for, he started by initially asking what procedure I was hoping for and my reasons for wanting it, he then went on to explain the pros and cons, what I could gain from having it done, before going into great detail to explain all aspects of the operation itself. He covered everything from what I would need prior to my surgery, what the surgery would involve and what sort of aftercare would be needed. He covered everything in such depth that I really didn't feel that I had any more questions to ask.
When going on to the most important part of the consultation with me, which was choosing what size I wanted my breasts enlarged to, I couldn't have asked for it to be handled better. Both Mr. Iregbulem and Cheryl, the patient co-ordinator made me feel really relaxed about being examined, and when I told Mr. Iregbulem the size I was hoping for, my wishes were taken into account, along with other factors such as my original size and build.
Once I was put into the bra with implants, I was not pressured in any way to make any decisions that I was not 100% happy with. My final decision was discussed at length to make sure that I was completely happy.
On the day of the surgery I was quite apprehensive and worried, but the nursing staff was excellent; they really put me at ease and made me feel relaxed.
Mr. Iregbulem came and talked me through the whole procedure one last time and made sure that I was completely happy to go through with it. The anaesthetist came and talked me through his role in theatre and told me what to expect when I woke up, and I actually went down to theatre quite excited at the prospect of waking up with the new breasts I had always wanted.
When I woke up I felt quite uncomfortable and very groggy, but the nursing staff were on hand immediately to give me medication to help with the pain, and generally to make me feel better.
As the day progressed and I became more awake the nursing staff were brilliant, providing me with tea and toast as I had not managed to eat my main dinner, helping me to the bathroom and assuring me that I was doing really well. It was exactly what I had needed and I could not have asked for better care.
On the day of discharge I was looked after wonderfully, the nurses helped to remove the large bandages and the drains and Mr Iregbulem checked my new breasts and the wounds. I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of my breasts when I first saw them, they were nowhere near as bad as I was expecting, and I actually felt remarkably well all things considered.
During my first 4-5 days at home I received phone calls from both the patient co-ordinator and the nursing staff at the hospital to check up on me and to see how I was doing, and how much pain I was in, which I must say was very little, more a discomfort than pain. I was given phone numbers where I could contact Cheryl if I has any questions or problems at all and told to ring anytime I wanted.
I am now nearly 5 weeks post op and have a follow up appointment at 6 weeks, I have had no problems to speak of to date, and I look forward to seeing the surgeon again at 6 weeks to discuss my progress.
I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to Eileen, Cheryl, Mr. Iregbulem, and all the nursing staff at The Cambridge Private Hospital for everything they have done.
I can not really express in words how having this operation has made me feel, apart from the fact that it is like a dream come true, and that for the first time in my adult life I am actually happy with the way I look and feel about myself.
